1. Compliance with Laws
Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licenses, permits, and industry standards related to their products and business activities.
2. Accurate Product Information
Vendors must provide accurate and complete information regarding:
- Product title
- Product description
- Product specifications
- Pricing
- Product images
- Availability
Misleading, false, or deceptive information is strictly prohibited.
3. Genuine Products
Vendors may only sell genuine and legally sourced products.
The sale of counterfeit, stolen, unauthorized, or illegal products is strictly prohibited.
4. Restricted Products
Vendors shall not list or sell products prohibited by Indian law or SRMN Marketplace policies.
5. Agriculture Products Compliance
Vendors selling Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, or other regulated agricultural products must possess and maintain all required licenses and approvals.
SRMN Marketplace may request supporting documents at any time.
6. Order Fulfillment
Vendors must:
- Process orders promptly
- Ship products within committed timelines
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Provide valid tracking information when applicable
7. Customer Service
Vendors must:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Resolve disputes fairly
- Honor approved returns and refunds according to marketplace policies
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Vendors shall not upload or sell content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
9. Prohibited Activities
Vendors shall not:
- Submit false documents
- Manipulate reviews or ratings
- Misrepresent products
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Attempt to bypass marketplace policies
10. Data Protection
Vendors must protect customer information and use customer data only for order fulfillment purposes.
11. Marketplace Monitoring
SRMN Global Private Limited reserves the right to review, monitor, suspend, restrict, or remove any vendor account or product listing that violates marketplace policies.
12. Enforcement
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Warning notices
- Product removal
- Account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Legal action where applicable
13. Acceptance
By registering as a vendor on SRMN Marketplace, the vendor agrees to comply with this Vendor Code of Conduct and all applicable marketplace policies.
SRMN Global Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Code of Conduct at any time without prior notice.
